More than 20 tourists from Russia were injured in the collision of boats in Thailand
More than 20 Russian citizens were injured by a collision between two boats off Phuket Island. This is reported on February 10 by RIA Novosti with reference to the head of consular department of the Embassy of Russia in Thailand Vladimir Perin. Two speed boats collided. On one there was only a Thai crew, on the second 39 Russian tourists. More than 20 Russians suffered injuries of varying severity, Perin said. He also added that three residents of Thailand and 21 residents of Russia were hospitalized. At the same time, some of them are in serious condition. The diplomatic mission is trying to find out information about the victims. Earlier it became known that as a result of the collision of two boats on the marina of Phuket Island 20 residents of Russia were injured and two children died.
