The number of citizens of the Russian Federation exported from abroad in 24 hours is named

More than 13,000 citizens were removed from foreign countries in a day against the background of the coronavirus pandemic to Russia. This is reported on March 28 by the press service of Rosavia. In one day on March 27, 106 charter flights from foreign countries to Russia were carried out. A total of 13,429 Russian citizens were transported. According to Rosavia, there are still many Russian citizens abroad, most of them in Indonesia. It is expected that all citizens will be taken home before 1 April. Recall, since March 27 Russia has completely closed air traffic with other countries. The exception is export charter flights for citizens stranded abroad due to the coronavirus pandemic, as well as cargo and postal flights. Earlier, the news agency reported that, according to the Chairman of the Committee of the Soviet Union of the Russian Federation on Social Policy Inna Svepenko, all Russian services are used to return Russian citizens to their homeland from abroad.
