Ukraine will not be able to develop its vaccine against COVID-19 for several reasons, Director of the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Boris Todrov said on May 15 on the 112.ua TV channel. There should be a state order, a system approach There is no state order for the development of tests, there is no state order for the development of a vaccine, he said.
