Scam millions: worker FIU cheated nine families

The employee Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Svetlana Ustinova and her friend Ulviya Yusifova cheated nine needy families at 12 million rubles. Ustinov had access to databases of people standing in a queue on improvement of living conditions. Presumably, she offered them to buy non-existent stations in Anapa for a small amount.
