The court closed the bankruptcy case of a company from the group Societe Generale

The Moscow Arbitration Court terminated the bankruptcy proceedings against the asset of the French group Societe Generale to the Russian LLC Societa General Insurance. By the date of the court hearing, the defendant paid off the debt, which served as the basis for going to court, the news agency reports. As follows from the case file, LLC Societe General Insurance transferred funds in the amount of 645,561 rubles to pay arrears under the FS executive list No. 025202155, which is confirmed by payment order No. 3906 of 11.03.2020, noted in the court decision. In connection with the satisfaction of the plaintiff's financial claims, the grounds for filing a bankruptcy lawsuit disappeared.
