China has launched an experimental satellite into orbit Shiyan-6
An experimental satellite of China Shiyan-6 is deployed in Earth orbit. This was reported by CGTN. The satellite was launched on July 5 from the Jiuquan Cosmodrome using a Changzheng-2D launch vehicle. The launch went as usual, the satellite successfully reached the target orbit. It is noted that this launch was already the 338th for Changzheng series launch vehicles. Shiyan-6 is the second satellite of this series. These devices are used to study the space environment and test satellite equipment. The previous launch of the experimental satellites of the Shiyan Xinjishu Shiyan-G and Xinjishu Shiyan-H series took place in late May. These devices are designed to test new technologies in the field of data transfer and remote sensing of the Earth. As previously reported by the news agency, on July 4, from the Taiyuan Cosmodrome in the northern province of China, Shanxi launched the Changzheng-4B launch vehicle with the Gaofen Earth remote sensing satellite.
