Gryzlov: Kiev refused agreements on the exchange of detainees

Kiev refused the previously agreed agreements on the compilation of lists for exchange in accordance with the four categories of detainees. According to the correspondent of the news agency on July 8, this was announced by the plenipotentiary of Russia in the Contact Group for the Settlement of the Situation in Ukraine Boris Gryzlov. This will significantly slow down the process of exchange and liberation. At the same time, Kiev announced the rejection of its own initiative presented earlier on the format of compiling lists. Literally during the meeting, the Kiev delegation said that it wants two more categories, Gryzlov said. He also noted that by constantly shuffling its representatives, the Ukrainian side is trying to evade substantive discussion at the subgroup sites, which seriously hinders the work of the contact group, and this is an additional factor in instability and tension between Kiev and Donbass.
