German professor named the reason for the withdrawal of US troops from Germany

According to the professor, amid the refusal of the German authorities to break off relations with the Chinese company Huawei, increase defense spending, as well as block Nord Stream 2 and conclude a nuclear deal with Iran, Washington's reaction is quite natural. According to the news agency, earlier US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper announced the withdrawal of 11.9 thousand US troops from Germany. At the same time, he specified that 6.4 thousand of them will go home, and 5.5 thousand military will be relocated to Belgium and Italy.
