The Ministry of Finance of China predicts the fulfillment of current tasks for 2020


China announced confidence in the unconditional fulfillment of all tasks for the current year in the financial sector, Xinhua reports on August 6, citing a statement by Chinese Finance Minister Liu Kun. According to the minister, his confidence is based on the stability of the development of the economy, which is the dominant trend after the end of the first phase of the coronavirus epidemic. The country's economy is recovering quickly, and the Ministry of Finance is ready to make efforts to stabilize all the main areas of financial policy. Six such areas were identified: employment, the financial sector, foreign trade, foreign and domestic investment, market expectations. Liu Kun noted that since the second quarter of this year, production demand has been rising and recovering in the country, and the main economic indicators are improving.
