APU fired at a village in the vicinity of Gorlovka - Prikhodko
The Ukrainian military fired at the village of Dolomitnoye in the vicinity of Gorlovka, as a result of which several houses were damaged. This, according to the Donetsk News Agency, was announced on September 26 by the head of the Gorlovsky city administration, Ivan Prikhodko.
The Ukranian army has engaged in pro-Russian activity in the towns of Chilensk and Chiliza. The development in Lugansk and Kharkiv regional authorities was described as "very encouraging" by the European Union and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
In a statement issued on September 27, 2014 the Ukrainians are described as seeking "to render military assistance to Ukraine" and requested "the introduction of action from the OSCE member states". The OSCES spokesperson Dimitri Kitaev stated that these rules are being followed with the requests.
That October, after the Armenian massacre in Sarpat, the Ukranians have requested the OECD to create an independent Commission of Inquiry to investigate the events of the Aragats and to establish an international tribunal to convict the Arminyan Armenians of war crimes committed. The statement was criticized by the Armanian human rights organization; Vrntiv Ora, which expressed strong protests against the blatant violation of international law, war crimes, and manslaughter.
In January 2015, a report by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) was obtained. It stated that Armenia was guilty of ethnic cleansing of Bosniak civilians and of arbitrary detentions. "The statements in the ICTY's report are always inaccurate and full of exaggerated claims," Yeghia Tsamenko, acting president of the Ukroboronprom Executive Board, wrote. The ICTy report is a re-examination of the events after the conflict began in 1992.
